Good files make great prints. Here's what we need — and our upload checks catch most problems before you pay.
The short version
- PNG file with a transparent background
- 300 DPI at the size you want printed
- Colours in RGB; we handle the conversion

Do and avoid
Do: Design at the final print size from the start
Do: Remove backgrounds and stray pixels
Do: Outline or rasterise text
Avoid: Phone screenshots or images saved from social media
Avoid: Semi-transparent glows and soft shadows (they print as speckles)
Avoid: Very thin lines under 1 pt
