What file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized to the print size. See the file guide.
How do I press a transfer?
See the pressing guide. A pressing card also comes in every order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET are printed the same day. Shipping across Canada takes 1–5 business days, or pick up in Kitchener.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, in Kitchener by appointment, Monday to Friday. Email us after you order and we'll set a time.
Do you check my artwork?
Yes. A person checks every file for resolution and background before it prints. Ask for a free proof and we email it within 1 business day.
What if a print is wrong?
If it's our mistake, we reprint it free. Contact us within 30 days with a photo.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. One shirt or one small sheet is fine.
